✅ Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following condition:

  • The product has been physically damaged during delivery.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect size, design, or color selected by the customer
  • Items that are not damaged upon arrival

📅 Return Request Window

  • If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Return requests made after this 5-day period will not be accepted.

📝 How to Request a Return or Exchange

To begin a return due to damage:

  2. Attach clear photographs showing the damage to both the product and its packaging.
  3. Our team will assess your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Once your return is approved, you can choose from the following:

  • Full Refund: We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Replacement: We’ll ship a replacement item of the same design (subject to availability).

Please note: We may request the damaged item to be returned to us. If so, we’ll provide instructions and cover any return shipping costs related to approved damage claims.

🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item is not reported as damaged within 5 days of delivery.
  • The product has been used, altered, or is not in its original condition.
  • The return request is for a non-damaged item.
